Ok, I'm totally freaking after spending last night and this morning looking at baby stuff online...
EVERYTHING IS SO EXPENSIVE!!!
Cots, prams, car seats, change tables, sterilisers, bassinettes, high chairs, bottles, breast pumps, baby capsules... I can't take it!!! Where the heck are we going to find the money for all of this??
Cue hyperventillation...

There must be some kind of website for those things to be sold second hand. Or doesn't the hospital (or local clinic) rent out breast pumps and things like that?
ReplyDeleteHere in Vanuatu no one does anything like that. If we were staying in Oz I'd certainly look at it, but over here I'm going to need to have my own. Although that does give me a business idea...
ReplyDeleteWhen I calm down a bit I'll have to hit e-bay... I just can't believe how expensive one little person is!!
i don't know what a "baby capsule" is, but yes - so expensive. i'm trying to remember it as an INVESTMENT because we're planning to have more than one child, and we may be able to sell our belongings on ebay for a small return on the investment once we're done.
